The hotel room and amentities are sub-standard. They mention lift/elevator as an amentity but it's not here. Also the staff at the reception is pretty rude.

Good Stay
Cleaniness was there and staff was supported...but on the time of morning breakfast..they took more then 1 hour to give breakfast....and instead of bath tub its should be a shower area....other then that the locality is very nice ...and yes must visit place to stay

value for money stay
Room having bad smell. Wall having damp. But was clean. Food was good. I have ordered one Veg Thali. Test was really good

Terrible Stay
The hotel is quite below average in terms of the stay and experience, especially when compared to the price of the stay. Small room, washroom, disfunctional lock of bathroom (got locked when closed from outside, had to call someone to get it opened with key. What would have happened if this got locked when I was inside and couldn't even contact them?). The shower was also not good. The bottle of water that they provided was not cold. When I asked for cold water, they said it wasn't available, so I asked for ice since the water was literally warm. At the time of check out they charged me 50rs for the ice when I said it's their fault that they couldnt provide me cold water they said cold bisleri water was available (which I wasn't told), and when I said I was provided bisleri bottle only but warm, they said that was not bisleri but normal water (again which I wasn't told). Would never recommend to anyone. Worst service. Too high of a price for a cheap hotel

Excellent Stay
It was great stay at the property. Rooms were clean and hygienic, staff was well dressed and managed. Availed quick service whenever I called reception. Food was very delicious.

Poor Stay
businessVery arrogant Receptionist. Secondly I was given ground floor. I was not told that there would noise in morning from the Gym in Basement. It's really disturbing. They did noy change my room even after request. Room size is OK but towel etc were very old and in torn condition. They are not very cooperative for outside food. I won't recommend just because of too much noise from reception area and basement.

Amenities are not up to the mark though this is good price for stay need, therefore if they would provide tea coffee little more hygiene it will be good enough

Poor stay! no lift in the property.
businessThe place doesn’t have a lift. The furnitures were dusty and there was a foul smell in the room. There’s no kettle and no room service as well. I asked for warm water but wasn’t provided.
