Had a brilliant stay. Cannot fault hotel. It was clean, in a good location, served a great breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again

It was a beautiful location. The hotel is only 20 minutes away from all the sights and it's close to a metro station. Several stores and restaurants are located nearby. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Thank you very much for your hospitality

It was a pleasant comfortable stay at your hotel, room was pretty good. Ac worked well, toilet was neat & clean over all good experience. Only issue was there is no hotel board which was bothersome for searching. Bit difficult to find the location. Regarding hotel staff, service was good with good behaviour.

Rooms were clean and hygienic. Good staff. Nice place to stay. The only concern is that there is no space provided for drivers to stay overnight. There should be some arrangements for drivers as well.

4. Friendly staff, value for money. For the room fare, the services are alright. Need to put up a signboard of the hotel outside, there weren't any so had to call the hotel staff to navigate. Found a leaky tap in the bathroom.

Looks recently management changed from other hotel, needs to change many things, like switches, room lock is not properly working, cleaning issues. Staff behavior is good.

One of the worst place and pathetic services, even searching the place was an horrible experience, no branding of address out side of hotel, no guard at night, they will not take any responsibility of your vehicle, not at all safe place for a family to stay.

The hotel receptionist is very rude and talks in an unpleasant way. He doesn't have etiquette to speak to an old-age guests. The breakfast served was awful. They only have bread slices for breakfast that are also half burnt. There is no hotel kitchen at all and no other option in breakfast. Don't fool yourself by paying an extra 200 rs for a complimentary breakfast with room.

I was denied hotel room inspite of confirmed booking. Reception staff informed hotel is sold out! however correct information is something different, there a a big nexus starting from watchman to reception, they are giving entry to couples for hourly rental basis ! so if you are traveling with family or for business, do not book with this hotel
