5. To good too nice the service was good it’s nice i like way they talk and and tell it’s too fast and the room are good thanks to the hotole but the problem was at the food the food was not to good not too bad it’s ok ok

The staffs are extremely courteous and go over and beyond to make you feel at ease. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood and the ease of transport is n added bonus

They didn't allow outside food , but as per hotel policy in it is written that outside food is allowed.

Rooms which was provide via booking through mmt was not good at all receptionist was knowing that phone in the room was not working still she gave the room i have to called them through my personal number, bathroom amenties was broke i when i call and complaint they provide only soap after that there were no mat in the room after coming out from thr washroom room was so dam and it was having bad smell

I’ve been a regular to this property. However, this time the experience was way below par. The room allotted was not up to their usual standard. The walls were moldy and the room smelt of damp. Rest was good. Love the staff at the hotel. Be sure to ask for pankaj ji. He’s been the rock of this place for me for the past 8 years at least.

The hotel rooms still have manual keys for accessing the rooms. The rooms were not good and it was not clean at all. We haven't got a good vibe at the property so we checked out after an hour. Also when i checked at the reception to upgrade the property from premium to above, they mentioned that there is no such option.

Entire corridors had this weird smell. Bed sheets and comforters were unclean. My check-in was at 11 am, i came in at 7 pm, still the rooms were not ready. The people at reception were rude. Told me to cancel if i didn't want to wait. Also found a rat in the flush. Immediately xhecked out after that

Horrible experience. Rooms are below standard. Even the toiletries provided in the bathroom are of expired date. Hygine in these covid times is seriously compromised.
