Excellent hospitality a comfortable stay with good staff and great room service. Location is easily reachable with parking facilities and rooms are very neat and clean. Overall a nice stay.

The check-in experience was fantastic - the staff made us feel so welcome and ensured a smooth process, the amenities provided were top-notch, everything we needed was right at our fingertips, the location of the hotel was perfect, in heart of the city with easy access to all the attentions. i have booked the above hotel but the hotel services are very bad ,,not clean inside, ac proper not working, mattress not proper even fan controller not working....if you cross check please visit room no 207 it's a lot me so check, and didn't any water while entering the room, he charged me for welcome mineral water....all about being very bad for everything.. i will never book for future reference 🙏

I had worst experience. There was no water in washroom, ac not working. They changed my room thrice. Only after raising complaint on mmt, they provided me a proper room at 12 in the night. Never go there

I need to speak to the customer care. I didn't stay. I opted out in the evening. And checked in to a new property. The property was not situated at the address mentioned: fab cloud 9, shoprix mall, sector 4, vaishali. I was running here and there for two hours. And even the customer care of fab hotels could not help me out, as the phone number of the property, was not responding. I somehow managed to reach a nearby property named; hotel grand inn, and they informed me that they have my booking. I was astonished to see the name of hotel i received and the hotel i accidentally visited had my booking, instead. Upon my insisting they gave me the room, but due to the pathetic behaviour, i chose to opt out and check in at new place. But they insisted to charge inr 500 rupees for my leaving the place. I paid them and the. Moved out. Pathetic response. Please help me refund my amount and add it as my feedback and genioe response.

It's the worst experience. Started from finding the location. I had to wait for two hours to locate the hotel in night. The check in experience was pathetic. Then i had to wait in terrible room for half n hour to get my room. Some one was trying to barge in my room. No break fast option i was forced to eat cold partha and upon requesting they didn't had any option for breakfast. Worst worst experience. I am so surprised that even booking this from make my trip this is the kind of experience we get. Cold paratha

I have booked an AC room but they don't have room availability when I reach the hotel. The washroom is also not cleaned properly. Overall my experience was bad 😔.
