hotel spot is good, room is also very good but room service has to be improved, mineral water for per 24 hours, one free bottle should be provided. no telephone, tv is also not working. but overall it's ok 👍

Actually i was not given the room that i booked. There was no proper cleanliness in the room. There was no bathroom equipment like soap, shower gel, or shampoo. Even the television was not working.

All very worst, there are no signs of hotel atmosphere. It's my worst experience. All fab hotels are same condition in maharashtra

All i can say is very bad experience with the stay as we faced below issues 1)maintenance was not good 2)no proper service 3)no cleanliness 4)no lift 5)no reception to reach out someone if any urgency 6) water problem 7) haven’t provided any towels or soaps over all the photos which are shown is different from the real fab hotel

Worst reception, breakfast included but denied by receptionist. Mostly i didn't find person on reception. Rooms are really good, but i won't prefer to visit this hotel again, only because of the reception/receptionist they have. Hotel is at good location but still some part of it is under construction.

Booked and paid for two rooms and when guests arrived, they had no rooms. After arguing for an hour, they gave only one room and did not refund for the second room. Don’t stay here. It’s a terrible place with poor service. Pathetic.

Unhygienic & worst service

1. My booking was with breakfast but the hotel had no kitchen and inf-act while checking in they said they will provide breakfast of our choice from outside out of 2-3 items that they will tell in the morning and the next morning they denied saying our booking was without breakfast. 2. Dirty towels 3. Tv had no remote and when asked they said the tv isn't working. 4. Bathroom had flickering lights inside which they refused to fix since it was too late in the night (8pm) 5. Dis not evwn give water. 6. Room was at 3rd floor but no lift. 7. Hotel service guy charged extra when ordered food from outside.

The hotel cristel inn is not good i accepted a rude response from reception. Towels and soup are not provided until i ask. A room is not cleaned. *no breakfast is given even though i booked a room with breakfast*

Construction work is going on. Not safe to stat. Also reception is very rude. They have no resturant and not aware how will arrange for breakfast.
