Hotel toilets are not proper maintained like comode flush not working, running water tab not delivering proper water flow. And big thing is in complimentary breakfast hotel served first day puri sabji. It was purchased from unhygienic street stall. Overall my experience is very bad.

Room was not available when reached the hotel. Then somehow one room had given which was bad in condition, ac was not working washroom was not clean

Breakfast not good not provide any amenities room not clean wah also not clean. Not good pols don't stay here.

The bedsheets were extremely dirty. Even after they changed it, they were still very dirty. Couldn't even use their blanket. Finding the hotel is also a task, the location is very confusing. You would see some other photo while booking and it's another view live.

Location of hotal is very bad room are not proper maintain room service are very slow rooms are very dirty bathroom are very dirty n not properly maintain. I stayed with my family. Totally bad experience.

The toilet was not having the seat fixed even clean properly. Hand wash, shampoo was not available. The room was full of cockroach and mosquito and a stink was coming. The pillow was as dirty as it needed to be thrown. Please don't ever book this hotel. No proper response will be given by the staff. Even dharamshala is better than this

Never book this type of hotel neither you have to suffer

I have booked hotel for stay of 5-6hr for that i called & confirmed my booking with hotel & also informed that i will reach early morning at 5am(17dec. So please do not give this room to others. When i reached early morning at 6am, my room was allotted to someone & no other room is available for my stay. The men in reception is not aware about the situation & not able to give answer. So i have to suffer a lot in early morning. I complaint to mmt customer care for same & they assure for refund but what about my inconvenience. I regularly booked my personal as well business hotel booking from mmt, now i have to try anothe portals.

Bad service, management is poor. No restaurant in hotel. You have to buy from zomato and swiggy. No phone in the room

All hotels except fab provide gst bills. It's unwanted arguments. Room was ok. Linen unclean. Entey to hotel bit difficult to find

Terrible Stay

The hotel staff was not at all supportive. Their behaviour with female guests was pathetic, they have asked us to wait at the reception for around 30 mins at the time of check in, as well as check out. I will never suggest anyone to stay at this hotel. Even you should downgrade this hotel for the betterment of your customers
