Terrible Stay

This property denied checkin stating that there is no reservation and the reservation was done 2-3 days before. And at last moment they we’re saying that we don’t have rooms available, how can a property do like this at least they should have informed earlier such that the guests should have sometime in hand to arrange their accommodation prior to only to avoid rush and time waste unnecessarily.
