I was there and it was a very good experience. The people there were very nice and their behavior was very good. The food and the chess there were also very good. I came to know about it and through your app, I want to go a second time.

Worst experience
The worst hotel I've ever seen. Very bad smell. Very bad manner of talking. Bad room. Torn bedsheet, dirty pillow. Whatever I write about it will be less. Overall not even worth 500 rupees. Have attached few photos

Hotel need improvement
The Room authority informed me that there are NO rooms available on upper floors as everything is booked. In some rooms the fan is not working so I had to adjust on the ground floor. The room was okay cleanliness was poor. The curtains were super dirty. When asked for breakfast it was told that It will be served after 9AM next day. The kitchen gas had issues on 01st evening so no tea was available during the evening.

Poor Pathetic Service and mismanagement
very poor pathetic service. on order of water they have taken 1 hour to deliver to room. there is a huge disparity amongst all guests. for breakfast other guests were offered bread omlette for us they simply gave a toast will never ever recommend this hotel.

The Room conditions were not good. The Toilet was not maintained. The staffs were good and well behaved.

Horrible experience
During check in the hotel said that the tariff which I have booked that category rooms are not available.. It's really disgusting that after doing advance booking , this kind of incident happened .. During booking I have paid for breakfast but that also I was not served in the hotel

A big "NO" for this property to be chosen
Hopeless Hotel and Hopeless service. staffs are local untrained unprofessional guys who have no courtesy and no sense of service. rooms are third class, AC doesnt work, no proper food facility, they dnt even provide a clean dish if asked. The manager is so rude and arrogant, that he dont bother to keep a room ready even after you have pre-booked and prepaid before arriving at the hotel. a Big "NO" if you are planning a stay at this property. horrible experience

Poor Stay
Our experience was extremely disappointing. Their customer service was too bad. Despite staying for a week and repeatedly requesting room cleaning, it was never done. The Wi-Fi was also not working, and even after numerous reminders, no action was taken. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst stays we've had.

Excellent Stay
I recently stayed at this hotel, booking through MakeMyTrip. The hotel manager proactively called to confirm our booking and arrival time. Upon arrival, the receptionist was extremely friendly and cooperative, ensuring a smooth check-in process even at night. The service was generally good, with the staff being helpful and efficient. However, there were a few areas for improvement. The WiFi connection was unstable at times, and the room service could be more proactive. Overall, the hotel showed great potential, and with a bit of fine-tuning, it could provide an even better experience for guests.

Terrible Stay
Location is Good.we stayed for 3nights. But we didn't get a single day of housekeeping service. AC,FAN,T.V, not working properly. I had to change rooms repeatedly.But the problem was not solved.There is no bucket & mug in the bathroom. The lady receptionist not co-operative at all. Location is Good.we stayed for 3nights.
