The rooms are very dirty. No toiletries provided- though it is mentioned. I had opted for breakfast - not given - no inhouse restaurant/pantry.

Very bad experience at dev inn, indore

Our manager samir checked in around 9 pm at the hotel and he had a really bad experience at time of check in. Also the breakfast was not served in the morning. Will definitely not recommend any of our staff to stay there in future

Changed room 3 times during stay. In first door lock was not working. In second room ac was not working. The staff gave us room in the whom lock was not working even when they know it. When asked in the evening that it’s lock is not working then only informed us that was already not working. Very terrible experience

Hotel gave us only one room while we had booked two and made entire payment in full. We had reached there at 3 pm whereas the check in time was 2 pm. Still we had to wait for second room till 4 pm. The hotel services are pathetic. Was very embarrassed with our family.
