It was a superb stay. Nice service by all staffs. Staffs were very quick for any asssitance asked for. Food was also like home made. Totally very comfortable stay.

Good Stay
This hotel is monetary friendly and generally this comes in our normal public budget. I can say we have all the basic facilities to samtay for few days and they also have a kitchen, food is ok for me and staff behaviour was good. It is very close to mainroad and well connected. Definately I would say there is a scope for improvement such as door locks and geyser, AC can be fixed by doing regular maintenance.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff promptly guided me to my compact but cheerful room. Tired but relieved, I appreciated the clean bed linens and working air conditioner—a blessing in Kolkata’s humid climate. My room overlooked the busy streets of New Town, and though not very spacious, it had all essentials: free Wi-Fi, a small desk, and hot water in the bathroom. The next morning, the in-house breakfast, though basic in options, was fresh. When I needed help arranging a cab to my meeting, the front desk staff were quick and courteous. The housekeeping was attentive, freshening up my room while I was out exploring the city. However, I noticed that the room had a faint musty smell that lingered despite my best efforts to air it out. Room service was prompt, but the menu was limited and slightly overpriced, so I often stepped out for local food. Though not luxurious, FabHotel Eleora offered a convenient base in Kolkata—ideal for budget travelers seeking friendly service and a practical location over frills and amenities

I didn't stayed there because bathroom was not clean. Please refund my amount. Please keep upto the mark as per Fabhotel status.

Unclean Rooms, Rude staff behavior, Property looks good only from outside
The hotel location is good. But the room they gave me was pathetic. Totally unclean, A kitchen was attached to my room with transparent window. There was no privacy and the staff behavior was rude, when I asked them to change the room the person he said all room Ms are like this only. When I said I will complain to MMT, he literally said (Jisko bolna hai bol dijiye change nhi hoga). As it was already late I preferred to stay. Never go with family to this Hotel. They are highly unprofessional. Terrible stay - The room was filthy. The surroundings were extremely dirty. My room was attached to the rooms of staffs are was extremely bad condition. The toilet was also not clean and tap was not working properly. The rooms are shaddy types.

The bed was really horrible and and pillows looks like they were bought from dump yard and the bathroom flies and misquotes all over. I don’t how I spent own whole night. Will never ever book or recommend this hotel to anyone

Safe, Clean, and Worth Every Penny Traveling solo, I look for safety and comfort — and Fabhotel eleanora delivered. The room was spotless, well-lit, and cozy. Front desk staff helped me with local tips and even arranged transport. Felt safe and relaxed throughout my stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Terrible rooms with bad bathroom conditions. First they said only ground floor room is available. After that they showed me one more room which doesn't have a TV and charging points
