Good Stay

Over all service was good from hotel. Only issue was yesterday hotel contacted me stating my booking is cancel-led from fab-hotels and they do-not have any booking in my name. Later had to call fab customer care and resolve the issue which took 30 mins of call. So next time i will not take fab hotels

Got suprised to see hotel name changed to pluspoint suites, where i booked for fabhotels from mmt, average hotel for single person, have to improve on cleanliness, wifi and tv was not working throughout my stay for 5days.

I have confirmed the booking including the breakfast, but the reception person has told my booking doesn't include. I have made confirmation with makemytrip and wasted a lot of time. Worst experience
