I had a very poor experience during my 2-day stay at Emoji Hotel. On arrival, I was told that only one room was available, and to my shock, it was in a terrible condition. The walls were stained, even with paan spit, and a spider was crawling around trying to settle in. There were no keys to the room, and when I asked, the receptionist simply smiled and said the keys had been lost.
The bedsheets were torn and looked very unhygienic. Overall, the entire stay was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing.
In my opinion, people should avoid staying at this property. It is neither maintained properly nor does it provide even the basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality expected from a hotel.
