Location of the property was good, but the room size was quite small. Food was also good and connectivity to metro was good.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything but surprisingly quiet. Every interaction with the staff, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, was professional and genuinely friendly. They went above and beyond to help me with local recommendations. The breakfast spread was a highlight, with a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options

Extremely Disappointing Stay at FabHotel Exotica Green Park, Delhi I stayed at FabHotel Exotica Green Park, Delhi, for over 10 days after booking , and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. Despite the listing mentioning parking facilities, there was no parking available, and the staff did not allow parking at the main entrance. As a result, my car got scratched. The hotel is essentially a no-network area, making it very difficult to use mobile services orders were handled poorly, and the staff seemed rigid and unwilling to accommodate any issues. To make matters worse, I was told that my laundry would arrive by 12 PM, which prevented me from checking out at 11 AM, and I was charged for an extra day due to this delay. Overall, the hospitality was poor, and the hotel management acted like cash, unwilling to resolve deficiencies in service. I expected a much better experience and cannot recommend this hotel.

1. Room is too small, doesn’t match the description at all. 2. No toiletries were provided. 3. Check in wasn’t smooth, had to struggle to get basic WiFi password, as there’s strangely no mobile network at all. 4. No help provided for baggage. 5. Staff arguing in providing water.

It was not a hotel at all. the room size was not more than 8 by 8 ft. Washroom was of 2 by 2 ft. AC was set at a certain temperature and sometimes it used to go off. breakfast was only limited to the options among parathas and bread Omllate.

Good hotel. Located in a very nice locality. Safe for solo travelers. Rooms are neat and tidy. Staff is very friendly. Food is good. Rooms are smaller .

Nice location. Lovely architecture and ambience of the room, though bit small. Comfortable Bed. AC working fine. Neat, clean, well maintained. The bathroom with glass partition was just too small, a little inconvenient for taking bath. The hotel does not have a restaurant, though they have a dining area. I decided t order food in room. Staff well behaved and cooperative. Overall I had a good stay with proper sleep. Regarding price, I feel they should charge little lower, may be around 2000 Rs. per day for the standard AC room.

Myself booked this hotel but told that by our technical problem it is booked 'I will give exactly same type hotel but given third grade hotel there is no cleaning bath rooms are not good water logging, this type allotted me madam name is Mala something. Once we r booked how it is technically no veccant she is requested I will give same hotel, this type of behavior is not good.I will give rating 1 it is very terrible experience fir senior citizens for us.
