This hotel is good for family, solo or anyways. Rooms are big and spacious. Washroom is big and clean too. Staffs are professional, friendly and helpful. Taste of food is good here. Good and peaceful stay.

This is a small hotel. Descent and affordable. Rooms are small but enough for 1 person to stay. Food is average. Connectivity to the hotel is good.

Average clean hotel but not much service support available a good sign board may be added to clearly identify hotel. One may grit often confuse as there is no sign saying it as hotel

Compact hotel, compact room for short stay

Hotel location is good in green park. Rooms are compact and small. Room allotted to me was not good, there was window ac making lot of noise full night. Called receptionist for goodnight refill as to avoid mosquitoes but didn’t get. Breakfast was good.

Very very bad experience. Worst service. I have travel-led from very very long distance nearly 2daysvtravel in train for my visa purpose. I request for 2hours extra stay. But they asked to pay full day amount. Very very very worst and bad experience

I feel that the staff in the hotel were very lazy. You keep asking for something 4-5 times they will give you whenever they feel. Rates of the room are also high even the room size was small and they will not give you toiletries or any other complimentries until l you ask for it. Overall stay was not so good.

We had made the payment and booked the hotel through mmt, but by the time we reached the rooms were full, and we stayed on road for 30 mins too pathetic and worse experience

We particularly booked the fabhotel exotica located at green park extension on 10th of nova 2024, 15 days ahead of our stay. On 25th of nova 2024 when we reached the hotel, the property simply denied that they didn't received any booking confirmation. We have made the booking through makemytrip and the payments were made in advance. Then there after i received a message from makemytrip that we have been assigned a different hotel at greater kailash without prior information nor with my consent. I don't if these negligence was from the hotel end or from makemytrip. To be honest had a horrible experience both from the hotel and as well as from your company.

Very bad experience for the stay in fabhotel exotica, delhi. First of all, very difficult to find the location as there was no name plate of the hotel. It appears like a flat. Staff were very misbehaving and very poor facilities overall

The stay is terrible. It’s not a hotel but a dharamshala. Make my trip is misleading and cheating customers
