I had a long stay for around 1 week and they even cleaned the room for once. After several requests to clean the room they asked me to keep my keeps behind and then when i returned back they didn't clean it. The bathroom was not clean. If you want a small visit then it's good. Also they forced me to provide 5 stars in front of them because it would take their jobs.

Had a nice stay and had good food as well. The staff helped us with the check in and check out very well

Pleasant stay. Proper clean and large rooms, staff behavior was good and helping.

Poor house keeping and lack of cleanliness. Frontline reception person is non cooperative and does not understand the guest need. Food taste is good but inconsistent.

Hotel was worst at reception only, no manner to deal with customers, no towels, basic services are pathetic. Bed and bed sheet's are worst, not even able to sleep for minute, we walked out and booked another hotel

Very bad, that was not hotel it's like dharmshala. And he sad aap app se aaye hain that's why 3000 rs pade other wise 1200 rs me hum room de dete hain. Late 10 :30 ho gaya tha check in me otherwise maim drop kar deta ye hotel. Very very very. Bad, experience
