It was an amazing stay. The staff was well behaved the hotel was being managed fabulously. The staff made my stay very comfortable. The rooms and breakfast were great too.

Not cooperative staff

Sir. We were 4 family members from nagpur book this hotel frm. Make my trip. When we reached there they were denying our stay. And insisting us to shift to some near by other hotel even having a confirmed and full paid booking. Actually the person sitting on the front desk was denying us the stay giving us the reason that we should have done direct booking in the hotel and not by make my trip or any other mediator. They have actually have given booking to different direct customers even though they were fully aware that we have already in advance have made fully paid booking through make my trip. We were highly disappointed with this type of un professional behavior of this hotel.

Unpleasant stay

No toiletries, toooooo small room, cheap breakfast (toast-tea, unhelpful behaviour of the staff. Expensive / not worth wrt the services. Not recommended!

Bad staff

Room not provided for which i paid and fab customer care executive disconnected the phone with the statement that she is not responsible for it, being customer, i will never would like to stay in any fab hotel room in future

Breakfast was very bad

I paid with breakfast and still they charge me for breakfast and they don’t pick up call from rooms (breakfast was not good)

They locked their gate and didn’t le me in. I rang bell many time and called makemytrip executive he also tried their number but they didn’t replied, so i booked another hotel without checking in floyed. Your executive told me to mail bill of the other hotel so he can raise reimburse. I send that bill through mail. I am waiting for reimbursement. Thanks
