Location : good near begumpet metro station and having a good environment
hygiene: good with clean rooms
facilities: lack of having own restaurant, have to order food from outside eateries

Overall the experience is good, didn't faced any issues while booking, payment, check in, check out etc. Staff is also good. But need to improve the visibility of the hotel board for easy identification.

Well lit up spacious rooms. Clean toilets. Tv and ac function well. Reception helps with ordering food for non telugu speaking people. Walking distance to begumpet metro station

I really loved the place as easy to locate. Ample of parking space. At beginning they told rooms are not available after pure booking but once i explained my situation they arranged it for me. Just improve in maintenance and hot water. All are good. Easy for metro station and mall too. Not much to think. I good with cost and stay

I booked a deluxe room and it was good compared to other hotels. Neat room and washroom, good a/c, fan, fridge, also it was spacious enough. Only downside i felt is they don’t have a restaurant. You have to go out or order online.

The lady manager is courteous and efficient. I had to daily prompt them for fresh towel and water. The highlight of the hotel is its location.

Although the room was clean, but a foul smell used to hit everytime i entered the room. I had stayed there for three days but i got only 1 complementary water bottle, there were no kettle or kits. The washroom had no supplements like handwash and all. The attendants are hardly courteous, they do not attend at all. The mattress was very uncomfortable, bubbling all around.

Location is bit hard to find without own vehicle. Linen wasn't clean. No shampoo, no latch for washroom door

Hotel was good however there was hygiene issue. And there were cockroaches in the room. If we are paying money we expect a clean room.
