I was there in hotel around 7 hrs (1:45 am to 9:30 am) bcoz we were there for attending wedding ceremony. Room is good, service is good & staff is polite but their behaviour of staff was like robots. Good service but w/o smile.

Worst service I ever had.Totally different is not working. No Room service,No Telephone.For small things you have to come to Reception.Entrance /Stair case is made out of MS steel . Highly overpriced with this type of facilities. Staffs are not professional. It is like you are staying in a chawl or oyo service.

I was not given a good room. As it was overbooked dey didn't give me delux room. A room 6ft x 8ft with just one bed barely fitting, no window, no tv. It was like a dungeon. I checked out after 6 hr as it was unbearable with toilet stink. Horrible horrible experience. I spoke to your representative for a refundt. Imagine staying in a room with no window and area just enough for a queensize bed.

it was pathetic hotel..very small room with legit no space imside the room.. the washroom was also very small… i booked this hotel by seeing the photos but the hotel room was not same.. it was very small.. also the amenities which were mentioned were also not provided in the room.. no sofa no table so chair only 1 bed with very uncomfortable mattress. tv was also not working.

they don't want bangladeshi people stay there hotel though proper passport, visa, Id card, invitation letter. very bad experience from the hotel staff..
