The location is nice. Amid-st hussle and bustle of a delhi market. The stay was very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and room service is prompt.

Excellent Stay ib 20022 during Covid with Comfort, Safety & Everthing you need. Stay was amazing & super comfortable. location of hotel is just perfect & reachable. i like the surrounding & area which is not like pahadgunj & not like karol bagh. I got all the shops & stores nearby like basic clothing, jockey, medical stores, department stores, etc Room was good big enough & clean. Hot water was never an issue. I felt safe as I travelled solo & I think its forfeit for couple & family as well. Staff was super quick & very nice. They understand ur needs & they are for ur service even in the mid night 🌙 Bed was perfect, not that super ultra soft which gives u a back pain. I stayed for 4 days & my experience was super awesome. In this budget I got a best hotel. its a worth staying with privacy. Near to the main road & Patel Nagar Metro Station. You will get taxi as u book Ola or Uber just on the doorstep. And cherry on the cake is that as I check in I just got a WhatsApp message by Mohit Kumar (AM - Quality, Fab Hotels) for Assistance & he said that if I got any trouble or need any thing just give a call or message. I much appreciate Fab Hotels for this service. Last but the most important point the Washroom was neat & clean & large enough. Overall I got a perfect location to stay. thank you staff & management for the cooperation.

During my recent stay at the property, i found the overall experience disappointing and not up to the mark for the price charged. Here's a detailed review of various aspects of my stay: 1. Location the property's location was decent and relatively accessible, but it did not stand out as a key highlight. While the surroundings were okay, there wasn't anything particularly noteworthy or convenient to make it a prime choice. 2. Food the food quality was average at best. Although it was not entirely disappointing, it lacked the finesse and flavor one would expect from a property in this price range. Additionally, the limited variety and delay in service added to the dissatisfaction. 3. Amenities the amenities provided fell short of expectations. While a kettle was available in the room, there were no tea bags or complementary items to make use of it. Such basic amenities should not be overlooked, especially in a property that aims to cater to guest comfort. 4. Services the service quality was subpar. The staff appeared unresponsive and did not address issues promptly. This significantly impacted the overall experience and made it feel like the property lacked attention to detail and guest satisfaction. 5. Bathroom the condition of the bathroom was below standard. It did not appear properly maintained or cleaned, which was a major letdown. Such negligence in hygiene is unacceptable. 6. Towels and linen the quality of towels provided was disappointing. They felt rough and overused, far from the plush, fresh feel one anticipates during a stay. Value for money overall, the property did not provide value for money. The shortcomings in service, amenities, and hygiene made it feel overpriced and underwhelming. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve the overall guest experience. Until significant improvements are made, i would not recommend this property to others.

Poor services, no food in house they buy food from hand cart and give breakfast to clients lift not clean, lobby not clean, poor maintained, no tea or coffee in house too

The receptionist was drunk and very unprofessional. He made me wait for 40 mins for my room keys. He even used abusive language.
