Atmosphere is good. Cleanliness is okay. Service is poor. Hospitality i think it's not good. Cleanliness i mean it's only in outside of the room

Lift wasn't working entire stay, 3rd floor, smells all the floor, entire stairs was occupied for kitchen stuff. My rating 2/5

1. Breakfast in booking but not provided. 2. Toilet and bathroom in very bad condition. 3. Lift out of service. 4. Towel and blanket very untidy. 5. Tv not working.
