I already book the room and the hotel staff has already given the room to other persons that’s why i was not there in the hotel

Horrible hotel and service

First of all, the hotel was not well-maintained. There were no phones in the room, and the room's lock was a small, home-style lock with a key. The window in the room couldn't close, and half of the lights were dim or didn't work. For any minor issues, we had to call the manager using our own phone, dialing his phone number. At night, due to the window not closing, they changed my room and gave me another one where the ac didn't work properly, ac was turning off suddenly and i had to keep turning on during night, and, on top of that, there was no fan in the room. They didn't have other room to offer me and i can't sleep in the previous room because i was scared that anybody can enter my room while i am asleep. Please don't waste your money on such hotels
