The hotel is good and at a prime location. The connectivity from major places is also decent. Although the rooms are small still it is hygienic. This is a good choice for longer stays and can definitely be considered. The staff is friendly and polite.

The hotel is located at a premium location in kolkata. Malls like acropolis and south city malls are 10 minutes away. They provide daily room cleaning and housekeeping during your stay. Due to absence of kitchen, you will have to order food from outside. The service by the staff was satisfactory. Rooms have good ventilation and natural lighting. Overall a good experience. Would suggest them to provide proper cutlery to their guests instead of using paper plates.

The room is ok but the washroom is too small. Need improvement in the washroom facility. Make my trip offering breakfast option but the hotel doesn't have a kitchen facility. Hotels have limited options.

The room and toilet was clean. Even though the room is compact, it's decent enough with a small rack and small table. Good staff behaviour.

The pictures of the rooms are misleading. The condition of the room and bed is not clean. The sink in the washroom had leakage in the pipe at the bottom. So each time we used the sink, some of the water was leaking to the floor

Check the hotel and room status before sponsoring any hotels.

Location good room is not comfortable and not as displayed in adds. Attendants are very good but huge shortfalls for family stay. Wrongly displayed as deluxe. It is actually as a general room. No places for keeping clothes, not a single sitting chair, no table, room space including one double bed is 10x8 ft2. Terribly stayed with moving constraint. Bathroom is very bad, bathing and washing clothes was terribly done. Room was found uncleaned and full of foul smell. After complaint, room freshner was applied. I was in a difficult situation as i paid for three days in advance with a good faith on make my trip as i am regular user of it. But unfortunately, this is first time happened with me that i had to stay in a hotel booked through make my trip. This fact compelled me not to trust you blindly. You are also sponsoring some substandard hotel like others.

Pathetic. All the photos are fake and room condition is literally horrible. You should avoid this property.
