The premium room booking included complimentary breakfast and dinner for two, but the hotel initially refused to provide dinner, forcing us to dine at our own expense. After raising a complaint, a partial refund was processed, but it took around two hours.
Despite informing the hotel of our 8:30 AM departure and requesting breakfast in advance, only bread toast and tea were provided. The staff was uncooperative and unprofessional, making our stay unpleasant. As first-time guests of Fab Hotels, this experience was highly disappointing and raises concerns about recommending it for corporate stays.
