The cleanliness/maintenance was wonderful. Exceptionally helpful and dedicated staffs. Food court downstairs having lot of varieties, self service with live kitchen counters.

As per your conditions, i have booked 2 rooms for 2 days with effect from16 th of november and paid full amount in advance on 13/11/24. But at the time of check-in, the hotel receptionist rejected my booking and tell me that "your booking is cancel-led "by fab authorities on my request of cancellation. This is very cruel, becouse i am not requested to cancel booking to anyone till that time. After a long discussion with fab authorities he finally allowed me to checkin. This time consuming discussion make severe pain for me more than an hour. Please take necessary step to avoid to face such circumstances in my further bookings. Kabeerdas

The hotel manager and receptionist told us there is no booking, bumped us to another hotel with our payment via makemytrip, and that hotel made us pay extra.
