Very professional and courteous staff. The rooms are well maintained and extremely comfortable. The most amazing place for budget stay in delhi. Loved the vibe. The ambience of the place just added to the amazing experience!

It was a pleasant experience. Rooms were clean and sanitized. Pillows were clean bed sheet was changed. Plus the service was quick. Staff was to the point and yet polite.

Let me start do not book. Pathetic location, people who don’t know mahipalpur, should never ever book any hotel in this area. I was travel-ling from bangalore and had no idea, had booked as it was close to airport. Cleanliness: very bad, walls are dirty. Room smells like cigarettes. Bed linens: very poor, old and not at all clean. Blanket was torn. When we asked for the sheets to be replaced, they just flipped but it was same. Blanket was torn. Ambience: pathetic, toiletries: dental kit. Thats all, no shampoo or conditioner. Not even hair dryer. All the washrooms are leaking and not at all clean. They provide one bottle, that too ro if you ask for new they will shay it’s ro and clean and they don’t have new bottle. Overall worst hotel i have ever stayed. P. S: don’t go by the pics you see
