It was a solo stay and the staff was so helpful and i loved their hospitality, the rooms were clean and yes i can say it was good i will recommend it to others as well

I just stayed for a night, but it was a great experience! the owner, the manager and the boys are extremely courteous, competent and committed - the three cs of customer delight as i see it! the rooftop restaurant is perhaps among the best in entire kangra. Yes, the hotel is still building so the rooms are still no lavishly appointed; yet they're clean, with no smell and you get a good view of the mountains from the balcony! stay here; you'll not regret. Best wishes to them and keep it up!

I booked two rooms. Both were so good, clean and as same as mentioned in photos. And the most important thing is that hotel staff was so good, polite and helpful in nature. Food was also good

Hotel is decent, could not met our expectations. Pics shown in hotel description are enhanced with good lighting, actual rooms are very different. Doors are not proper in any of the room(create lot of noise. Our overall experience was average, it was not worth the price we paid. On top of this, they charged full amount from us for a single room we took for 4 hours because we reached early in the morning and checkin was allowed at 12pm. Rooms were available because as it was festive season but owner lied and gave us a single family room, that too on a full day charge. Normally hotels take 20-30 % amount of a room in case of early checkin if rooms are available. Our experience was average, could have taken a much better hotel with the same amount we paid here.

Rooms r not cleaned properly. Wash rooms not well maintained. Some issue with complimentary breakfast not sure to provide quantity.

Tle booking made for ac room but non ac room was provided. The room provided was on kitchen therefore lots of noise made the location of room worst. The reception boy refused to change the room. The bathroom was very small that too like a box room with irregular shape. The cost of room charged was on very high side. Better rooms with low cost were available in nearby hotels.
