The hotel was awesome the food, staff, view we get from there everything was perfect a good place if someone wants to stay with there family/solo whatever. One thing which i like the most about the hotel it there staff. In conclusion totally worth oh money

I stayed here for three days. I was not very satisfied. It is just an okay type of hotel. No wifi. No shampoo or soap in the room. Ac was not properly working. Tea/ coffee/ milk provided in the room was cold.

The hotel was unclean. Bedsheets were dirty. Service was slow. There were cockroaches in the room as well as the bathroom. No toileteries provided.

The stay was pathetic. They should not be given a license to run a hotel only. Ac dripping water, dirty bedsheets, all rooms full of cockroaches, no staff at reception most of the times, absolutely no safety, no toiletries given, even bisleri water was given when conplained, even the lights not proper. Were flickering or not working. Will not suggest anyone this hotel. Also wifi only range till reception area. No wifi range in rooms. Horrible stay. Worst hotel ever stayed in.

Hotel manager didn’t allow to check in. Called mmt call centre various time but they fail to provide the solution. I requested mmt team to provide alternate accommodation but no one bothered just simply said sorry. It’s a worst experience with mmt happened with me twice in a year. You can not leave the customer in road in the night while he showed his faith on make my trip for comfortable stay. Very bad experience and poor management in resolving the problem of customer. I requested to the executive to let me talk with some senior person but they didn’t.
