The location of the hotel is quite good – not too much on the main road, yet not tucked away too far inside either. It’s just right if you’re looking for a stay near Acropolis Mall. The staff members are decent and well-behaved, and the room size and facilities are reasonable for the price point.
The washrooms were clean, which was a relief. The room lighting, AC, and TV were also fine and functional.
However, the major issue with cleanliness of the bedding. The bedsheets were not very clean, though somewhat manageable, but the blankets were in really bad condition with noticeable stains. When I asked the bellboy to change my blanket, he mentioned that even if he replaced it, the next one would likely be in a worse condition because they don’t have better blankets available. That is very concerning, because this is about the most basic hygiene standard a hotel must maintain.
Not having coffee, tea, or breakfast services is something you can make peace with, but compromising on clean sheets and blankets is not acceptable.
If the management addresses the hygiene issue seriously, the stay would be much more comfortable. Otherwise, it was a decent experience overall.
