room review for heritage hotel
The location of the hotel is quite good – not too much on the main road, yet not tucked away too far inside either. It’s just right if you’re looking for a stay near Acropolis Mall. The staff members are decent and well-behaved, and the room size and facilities are reasonable for the price point. The washrooms were clean, which was a relief. The room lighting, AC, and TV were also fine and functional. However, the major issue with cleanliness of the bedding. The bedsheets were not very clean, though somewhat manageable, but the blankets were in really bad condition with noticeable stains. When I asked the bellboy to change my blanket, he mentioned that even if he replaced it, the next one would likely be in a worse condition because they don’t have better blankets available. That is very concerning, because this is about the most basic hygiene standard a hotel must maintain. Not having coffee, tea, or breakfast services is something you can make peace with, but compromising on clean sheets and blankets is not acceptable. If the management addresses the hygiene issue seriously, the stay would be much more comfortable. Otherwise, it was a decent experience overall.

worst experience and totally worth less stay what I paid for one day
everything was worst .I am really fadup with MMT also I trust you that's why I always booked my hotel through MMT but I am very disappointed from this hotel .they didn't proved essential amenities they give me only 1 small pieces of hand soap and torn towel I can't expect I book my 1 meal with breakfast.i got in lunch 1 pieces of small fish they called fish thali and in breakfast i pay for coffe and omlet extra they said it's not include in your meal plan room is very small even don't have luggage rack or selfs so I can keep my luggage I put on the floor there is no bucket and sleeper in bathroom I am giving 0 to overall and never come back in this hotel and I prefer now Goibibo is better they suggest.

Terrible Stay
Rooms are too small and damp, it's totally different from what is shown in listening. Size of room is not even 100 sqft but on it is listed as 150 sqft. Not even a chair and table provided in the room. Smart TV doesn't work properly bcoz of poor internet/wifi speed. Very small bathroom. In complementary breakfast only two pieces of bread toast was given without any tea or coffee. Staff behavior very unsatisfactory.

Bad experience
Room was not clean. Bed SHEETS were not changed. Food was terrible. Ordered noodles for dinner. Had loose motions in the morning. Breakfast fast was served at 0840 AM. Water stopped in the morning.

Good Stay
The location is very very good. Food is very good and at reasonable prices. The behaviour of the hotel staff is good. Safe environment for ladies. We were in a hurry, so they packed our breakfast.

Poor Stay
The hotel didn't provide free water bottle each day. I have booked complimentary breakfast, but didn't get it. When asked the reception they denied it. Once i ordered lunch - veg thali - the food was horrible, stale paneer curry. Had to ask for ac remote which earlier they denied saying they will control the temperature. Why? it wasn't a centralized ac set -up. Am i supposed to call the reception each time to adjust the temperature. We were 2 guests, and yet they gave only 1 towel. The only thing in the favour is the location of the hotel.

Good budget hote
For its budget range its a good hotel I would say. Clean rooms , clean bathroom , although both small (but its okay). In-room dining could have been better but better eating options are just outside the hotel.

Worst Hotel in Kolkata- Never Go
Staff are miserably unprofessional and a very unmaintained property. Photos do not belong to this property. The rooms are dirty and staff there are shady and not courteous. On non availability of rooms they shift you to another building all together. Not a safe place.
