Scam: asking for additional payment as your payment and booking not showing to us
pathetic service and rooms linen are so dirty, lots of mosquitoes, very interior location and this is not a hotel instead a house.

Very pathetic experience, when i came to check in 4 pm, receptionist told me to wait 30 mini ask after 30 min. They told me to wait again finally i got my ready on 6 pm. * finally i got my room ready on 6 pm. Ac is also not working

Terrible stay in hotel

I had pre-booked long ago for 2 rooms, before reaching 1 day prior i had requested them for early checking by 11. 15 am, as per hotel reception if room will be available you will get. First of all the hotel is far away from main road even o la uber reservation is getting cancelled. We reached hotel by 11. 15 am morning every-time receptionist is asking to wait 5 mins and finally we got 1 room by 12 pm. Other room we had asked by 4- 5 pm in evening after multiple reminders we got the room by 9 pm. Loadshedding is very often they are taking 45 mins to power on generator, though there is in house restaurant room service is horrible at least 2 hrs they are taking for the serving which needs multiple followup. Lift was having body current tv was not working on both rooms, since it's rainy season the full water from terrace was flooding through staircase, night staff at reception is also not good, hotel dog was barking full night as they tied him up in staircase
