Feedback Regarding My Recent Stay at Fab Indian hotel

I recently stayed at your hotel ([check-in and check-out dates]) and would like to share my feedback regarding the experience.
Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to the following issues:
1. Room Condition: The room was not in good condition and did not match the description provided at the time of booking.
2. Amenities Missing/Issues: The geyser was not working, there was no kettle, no bathrobe, and no slippers provided. Additionally, the towels provided were wet, which was unhygienic and inconvenient.
3. Uncomfortable Bed: The bed was extremely uncomfortable, leading to a lack of proper rest during my stay.
4. Extra Charges: I was charged extra for check-in and check-out, which was not clearly communicated beforehand.
5. Location and Visibility Issues: The hotel’s location was not properly pinned on Google Maps, making it difficult to find. There was also no hotel name displayed at the front, which added to the confusion and inconvenience.
These issues significantly impacted my experience, and I was left feeling dissatisfied with my stay. I hope you can address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could offer some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused.
