Hello travelers! i recently booked this hotel and this hotel not like other hotel! here safety wise great and staff's were also good! room were clean and everything was in proper position! we loved stay, good for families 👏

The hotel management had just provide a room with bed. No other amenities like chair, table, hangers were available in the room. The bath area was also very congested. Wc & washbasin are fitted very close to each other which is very inconvenient to use. No toiletries provided, only single towel was provided till the stay period. No proper room service. We wait more than 1. 3 hrs after every order placed. Thus had cancelled all the orders. Room & bath cleaning was available only after asked for.

Stay was comfortable spacious rooms clean toilets, hot water, but no buffet breakfast, and there was restriction on ordering on breakfast however i was allowed late checkout

It was a bad experience. Bedsheets, pillow covers, towels and quilts were not clean. Even the room had a very bad smell. Bathrooms were very unhigenic. Flush was not working in one of the rooms. And almost all rooms were empty, so it was a little bit scary. So, overall not a good experience.

Rooms and washroom wasn't good. Wardrobes was in very worst condition even very dirty. Bedsheets are smelling. Left the hotel within 2 hours after check in. Terrible experience

On the morning of 7 my train halted in bhopal, i reached the hotel at 8 o clock in the morning, there was a guy there in fab hotel kanta sharwan arcade, he said his name was shubham (dark dusky fellow. I said i want to check in early and asked for the extra price i had to pay he said he will tell later, later in the evening i again asked him about the extra price i had to pay as i had exam next day early in the morning of ssc cgl tier 2, that guy again said he will tell later, next day at seven o clock i went to the counter to check out. That guy asked me to give rs 600. I was astonished coz the price of hotel was itself rs. I asked how come he was asking that money as i checked in early and was checking out early he started behaving rudely and demanded me to give him rs 600 without any writing in the hotel register, i said i will complaint then his tone changed and asked to give him less money i settled for one fourth and gave him 250 as i did not want to clutter my mind due to the important paper i had to give. Moreover that guy also suggested me to eat food from the shop opposite the main gate of hotel. He said hotel food is bad and appalling in taste. I ordered nothing from hotel earlier i had good experience with fab hotel but this time it was bad. Plz do the needful and call me if you need assistance.

Worst hotel! its was a pg before now it turned into hotel. The staff behaviour was terrible and too much rude.
