Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is a plus. Very close by to ecoworld and ecospace. Staff is polite and helpful. Overall comfortable stay.

1) the room was nearly maintained 2) morning breakfast was decent but less options 3) bathroom was not that great and maintained properly. The flush was a problem overall it's fine for budget friendly stay

Room is ok, staff behavior is also good. Washroom is small and wash basin is outside of washroom. Hotel is in first floor and have only stairs to go up which makes however lift from first floor to other floor is available.

The hotel was good, the staff is also good, but the water in the washroom is very slow, it is a bit difficult, if it was a good one then there is no problem.

Property is new but not smartly built the lift is from 1 st floor and a certain pungent smell is always there

I was highly disappointed with my experience. The room i received was not at all similar to the pictures. It was in poor condition, with noticeable wear and tear. Additionally, the room was small, making it uncomfortable to move around. Overall, my stay did not meet my expectations based on the photos.

i never experienced this. 1. it’s not a hotel, just a lodge. 2. ⁠except a small soap and a shampoo sachet everything is chargeable 3. ⁠no water bottles 4. ⁠recommended to book breakfast with some additional cost. i went to restaurant at 7.30 am, they said breakfast is at 8am. with bengaluru traffic we can’t wait till 8 am 5. ⁠no trained staff to checkin. i was assisted by a housekeeping boy who knows only hindi. 6. ⁠for wifi password they asked me to walk all the way to reception 7. ⁠no lift to reach the lobby from entrance, we have to take a narrow stairs 8. ⁠cot in the room was very small, i am only 5.7 - but cot is smaller than that 9. ⁠overall complete waste of money, time and efforts.

My guest are not stayed in the hotel as property & services are horrible. They need to book another hotel as no solution received from the fab & mmt. Need the refund of that booking

They took extra money and they were also adding the breakfast bill although i did not had any breakfast at the hotel bathroom stinks
