bad experience
Pathetic experience, basic things like toilet paper, bisleri bottle and service is absent, dont recomend at all, its not a hotel but some home service

Comfortable place to stay in a good location

Good Hotel
location is good. Staff particular receptionist is too helpful. He provide me room even he didn't received mail from his management. Room is clean and hygiene. I feel tariff is slightly high compare to amenities they provide.

Average Stay
We had booked this hotel for 2 rooms for 1 night. The photos on their website is just the opposite. There were lots small cockroaches in the room and in the dustbin. Bedsheets were smelly and dirty looking .There was dust on everything in the room. Towels were dirty. The deluxe rooms are very suffocating. Very very disappointing stay in this hotel.

Terrible Stay
wifi not working tv also not working staff don't have support to customer no telecom facility in room basic facilities are not that much good as price even in lower price under I'll have stayed in Surat before but with great hospitality & response but this hotel is not good at all for breakfast I have to call by myself but they didn't Even take responsibility to call me what should I want in breakfast I have stayed in many hotels before but this one is have worst experience I ever head not satisfied hospitality & besic facility at all

A good place for stay. Staff very helpful and cooperative. Had reached well past midnight but as per my request made earlier they had kept food for me. Room was clean, all amenities working as expected.
