    it was horrible experience as they changed my stay at other hotel...no communication no body to contact in unknown city at 10pm was wondering ...property which was shown..and was asked to stay in some other fab hotel.....again went to lords inn....they said no booking done...accommodation same place with dirty ,stinky rooms ...horrible washroom ,ac not working..dirty bedsheets ...was assured another room next day ...but was by 8pm and was going to check out by midnight 2pm.

    We stayed in Fab hotel FabHotel Aashraye - Hotel in Nehru Place, New Delhi which was shifted by mmt and Fab group , lord inn rooms were not compatible as main door was dysfunctional hence we were finally shifted to new FabHotel Aashraye - Hotel in Nehru Place, New Delhi which was a great stay for my parents ,Mr pratap from fab hotel Aashraye was helpful and rooms were clean and modern !thaks to make my trip customer support to resolve this issue quickly highly appreciate it !     Location ok , Food not available, dirty and torn linen and towels , No toiletries , broken Ac vents , top of that rude Staff , no kitchen and restaurant avaible , not even a kettle in a room for tea making and no morning tea available on order also ... AVOID AS MUCH AS YOU CAN

    Rooms were not upto the mark, we had to upgrade to a superior room. There was no kitchen facility in the hotel. The breakfast offered which was part of the room cost was very terrible. Overall the stay experience with family was just average

    The worst experience i have ever had with MMT. This hotel is u der oyo. No kettle, no toiletries, no cutlery, no cleanliness, the hotel asked for extra payment, they check me in before i could dhave reached the property hence i couldn’t cancel it also. Worst hotel !

    This is typical old oyo. When I was guaranteed 3 hour early check-in. I was still charged for 1 hour early check-in. Major issue with cleanliness. Even the dustbins were of damaged metal - very high risk if came in contact with wound or skin irritation. Towels were not clean. No room slippers were given. Water bottles were not even sealed, plastic bottles were reused for water. Avoid it if you can.

    We checked in One room and vacated immediately due to poor quality. Did not even checked in for the second room. Looks very good , but quality is very very poor. It is attached to Oyo also and can be rated just an average lodge type. Better give a reasonable rating to avoid bad experience.
