1-hotel location on map showing 1. 4 km from patna junction but on-ground it is 5. 8 km. 2- bedsheet were dirty, burn due to cigarette, after checking we complain for that they took more than 40min to change. 3- airconditioner was working good but they didn't provide remote even we asked 3 time for that.

I booked multiple rooms in this hotel and my guest and i am disappointed by the pathetic service. There is no professionalism. The person in the counter doesn't know how to talk. Rooms are not clean either geyser was not working and it didn't got fixed even after complaining for 2 days. Complete waste of time and money.

My stay at Hotel Magadh Crystal was a disaster. Terrible service, unclean room, no hot water, no doormats, and no towels. The staff seemed indifferent, hygiene was nonexistent, and basic amenities were missing. A regrettable experience – avoid this hotel at all costs.
