The hotel staff was nice and polite. I stayed in single occupancy room. There was sounds of pigeon, might be due to nest in backside of the hotel. I asked for geyser as it was winter time, staff told that they centralized heating system but i was unable to get warm water. Although rest of the things were good. Very near to the bhopal junction station. Exit from platform no. 6 to reach the hotel.

the hotel service is very bad. They do not give bills to customers who book, there is no wifi service in the hotel, the servants there also do not have patience, they will come to pick up the dishes just 2 minutes after serving tea. The receptionist's way of talking is very bad. I understood so much in just one day. And this hotel has no interest in making new customers. I did not like any service of this hotel.
