I recently stayed at FabHotel Mona International and found the overall experience to be below expectations, particularly in relation to the tariff charged. The Deluxe Room was quite compact, offering limited space and comfort. Additionally, the tea/coffee kit and bath kit provisions were inadequate; several times during the stay, we had to request replenishments for these items, which should ideally have been managed proactively by housekeeping.The buffet breakfast was not served within the hotel itself but at their adjacent property, Mona Grand, which was somewhat inconvenient for guests. Furthermore, the bathroom facilities did not reflect the standards expected of a three-star category hotel, both in terms of design and amenities.Considering the comparatively high room rates, the services and facilities provided did not justify the expense. While the hotel fulfills the most basic requirements of accommodation, it does not deliver value corresponding to its price point, leaving scope for significant improvement.
