I stayed at hotel on my trip and it was great. Location was perfect for walking to everything! staff was helpful and breakfast was great. Room was perfect for myself. Would definitely stay here again"

Hotel is at good location near bus stand amritsar, golden temple is about 2 km away, good connectivity to all the places, one can have meals nearby restaurants, dhabas. Hotel is hygienic. Overall good. Food can be ordered from the menu kept in the room also. Staff is cooperative. Rooms are clean. Lift service is there which is operated round the clock. Intercom is not there. Anything you can ask for is on the mobile, there are no complimentary mineral water bottles but ro water is served there without any cost. Towels and soaps are provided but no lotion and shampoo in toiletries are there. Apaart from this. Its peaceful stay.

We stayed for 2 days in this hotel. My experience was terrible as we have faced poor room quality and an unhygienic room. In the washroom and rooms the cockroach is present. Towels and blankets are very poor quality. Room service is horrible and the landline is also not working. Even the manager is escaping from responsibilities. Blankets and bedsheets are dirty. It's my personal request to everyone never book this hotel.
