Rooms are neat and clean, room service is on time. Breakfast also served on additional service. Good for both family and bachelor one to stay

The staffs were very friendly and small but great rooms. Clean and tidy rooms. Happy stay. Organised and helpful environment.

The room i stayed in was very neat & clean. Nearby location is also clean & easily connected towards bkc. Room size is normal and enough for a vacation stay. Safe & sound area. Room prize is slightly on a higher end but cleanliness & connectivity covers the high prices.

Nice stay in chembur very close to all transport amenities. Good place to stay even if you have business in bkc, nariman point etc.

Location wise the establishment is.ok. it is named under fab hotel but at the establishment it is mentioned as Oyo hotel. Secondly rooms are ok, but the maintenance is to be improved a lot. Bedsheets & window blinds are giving bad odour. There is now water provided in rooms for drinking.

They don't have a kitchen in the hotel, they charge for breakfast but give only one plate of any food and one hot drink. Also staff are not groomed and trained. They are not able to solve the customer queries. Hot water for the shower was not available after 9:30

they have the dirtiest room and the bed. it was very terrible. I booked for a week and left in a day. they don't want to refund for the rest day because the dirty sheets are not their problem.

1st night ac not working. Fountain of toilet, perfumery leaking. Tv not functional. Morning breakfast was refused in-spite of the fact room was booked with breakfast. should refund the amount charged for ac room & breakfast. Service below any standard. Curtain was turned.

The hotel had no name board outside. It was raining heavily and i was absolutely drenched which i was searching for the hotel. After going to the hotel, they stated that there are no rooms available. When i had made my payment 2 days prior to the check-in date. After waiting at the lobby for 15 mins completed drenched and wet i requested them for a towel to dry myself off as the fan and ac was on. When i requested a towel. They did not have towels at the hotel. They gave me a cloth that is used to wipe floors and used for dusting to dry myself off. I was allotted a room which was apparently a bigger room compared to what i had booked and it was horrible. No towels, no toiletries, no dustbin. They had left a used soap and shower gel in the bathroom. I really need a refund for this experience
