Disappointing stay

Not good. Except the food and the room, it fails to deliver the basic expectation. For example, wifi is not stable at all, i requested for a handwash, despite 2-3 times remembering them nobody fulfilled it. Plus the lift became dysfunctional and i was stuck for a while. Management doesn’t take their customers seriously. The other reviews are fake. I fall in the trap. But the food is delicious in their in house kitchen.

Terrible Stay

The first room i got was full of ants. The door lock was broken. Had to shift rooms. The second room was nearly average.
