Wrong booking info
Although I booked for 3 adults and one child the reception told us that the booking was only for three. As a result, they did not provide us any extra bed and we four had to face trouble in accommodating in bed. When they charged us higher amount for four persons how come they denied it? Why was there wrong information provided to the hotel ? I hope for a better service in future.

Good Stay
property location is prominent, just on main road, nearby to railway station. food is expensive but tasty. lift at there, room amenities are ok but no dental kit provided. service is fantastic.

Excellent Stay
The staff is very trained, rooms were clean, service is so good, also they supported me to provide transportation at late night. I recommend this hotel and also they provided lemon tea wgich was awesome.

Good Stay
It was so clean room and good staff however internet was the major issue as hotel wifi was not working and network was not proper. There was some problem at the check in as staff said that they did not receive any information about booking from make my trip and they said that I will have to pay if they don't receive message from make my trip

In City .but surrounding is hopeless nothing to see few good things food is not so good & the breakfast area is like a bar it makes no sense... thy have nothing to show any green area within hotel.... it's likea Bombay Chawl with AC not good for family

When I arrived at the hotel, I was upset and, in my stress, ended up venting my anger at Mr. Alam.
