Situated at garchuk chariali, it’s a convenient place to stay. Royal global university is only 2. 5 kms away and easily commutable by toto. Daily nessesities are available in the vicinity. The rooms are clean, food is good and the room service staff are courteous. Good as per tariff. The room and views from the room.

Hotel is located at central area, if you planning to visit guwahati by bus, this is a good option. It is located in gar-chuck, 1-2km from isbt. Good hotel at affordable rate

There was no hoarding with the property name - fab-house penthouse we had to search and reach out to fabhotel general hotline to get direct number of property the property is named differently, htcity inn rather then fab-house and the rooms were smelling of dampness, floors were sticky with bad mop and we didn’t have energy to try the food and get disappointed overall a bad experience

Worst pathetic hotel i have ever been. You cannot find hotel address through google map because location given on google for property is not correct and also hotel is running in different name and you cannot find any phone number on the net or make my trip to contact property somehow i was able to find hotel which was located on third floor with the help of local people i asked in reception to show my rooms and when they took me to room they were smiling and stingy with liquor and cigarette entitre property was empty not even a single room was occupied. It looked like a some bachelor hotel which can only used for wrong acitivity i also doubt they might have installed some hidden cameras i felt it was not at all safe to stay at property with family so i denied check in and had to spent emptire night in some relatives home please do not promote such kinds of hotel on make my trip as it is spoiling reputation of make my trip i request make my trip to give me entire amount refund or issue me voucher which can be used for next booking

I didn't stayed because first location was not good and room was smelly. Very poor standred. I have ask mm t for refund as well. I went to another hotel n stayed.

Room was dirty and dingy. Food was pathetic. Further when we asked for cancellation of booking for next two days and refund hotel guys refused.
