Room is very clean, hot water not coming in called in reception but call not reachable. Rest part was good

Overall very good service, cozy rooms are good. Staff is very good. Rooms are clean and very good maintain.

Charged me 500 extra for one hour late checkout.

1. Rooms are too small 2. Geyser was working properly 3. Ask for extra towel but hotel bell boy refused to give one extra 4. Washroom was not clean properly, dustbins were not cleaned 5. In the name of breakfast they only give two bread and one egg omelet and tea or coffee 6. There were no proper toiletry available, no handwash given in washroom 7. Some strange smell was coming from the room, i guess because it was not cleaned properly
