My experience was totally good in the hotel washroom/bathroom were totally clean my bed was also comfortable and the outside view was also beautiful even the location of the hotel was also good because every tourist place were near to this place even normal market as well

The place is neat and clean staff polite and co operative. Breakfast simple no toiletries in toilet and tea bags etc but on asking some help was provided

For getting business they given low rates But at check in time they will say we have tied up with more rates so please pay more if you want check in our property they do this with every customer so please be prepared for more 500 to 1000 rupees

Room door main locks were broken room 203 there were no basic toiletries given till very later on room acs were barely functional my room. 205, had a loose ceiling fan, however it was rectified later bed sheets were stained room service was prompt and friendly staff was helpful

In mm t the hotel price was what i have selected and booked, however while checkin the hotel denied the check-in and asked to contact mm t as they cannot provide hotel at such low price. I am highly terrified with situation as i was in middle of my function and guest has to face this. How come such issue occur and we have to face consequences. Very bad when on time of functions you are on calls with mmt bcoz of price issue between mmt and hotel
