Location is perfect, nd foods a also good, hygienic but pols provide those food also that mentioned on that menu chat of that property, also provide all the toiletries that mentioned on the description. Nd pols it's a request to the property provide a king or queen siz bed with mattress. Otherwis it's great experience on middleton.

Good location, prompt room service, staff hospitable ready to help. Laundry services needed for little long stay. Short stay is fine. Breakfast more options of food choice be available accommodating various types of guest.

Hotel is okay. Good location with eateries around and has no connectivity issues. Only problem i faced is that hotel does not give a gst invoice of its own for booking. Secondly, it houses a pub in 5th floor so avoid a room on 4th floor. Rest everything is good.

Sleep disturbance at night due to dj nights

The main issue with this hotel is dj nights upto 1. 30am at night that causes sleep disturbances. This hotel is not meant for families, this is only for bachelors.

Room was good, staffs are well mannered and polite, the only problem is they don't have a good food menu, only 3-4 main courses available, and they also don't allow food from outside. There are more varieties in liquor than food. Except this everything is good

Worst experience at this price segment of hotel rooms, need to improvise

Worst experience. The room service is very poor. They dont listen to you. The room was not properly cleaned, the bedsheets were dirty, bathroom tap was broken. Tried to seek help but they didn’t help in these matters.

The hotel room was located next to club. Music was too loud at late night. Mice was present in the room. I asked to the reception to change the room. There was no response.

Make my trip confirm booking. But hotel denied it. I was struggle for 4 5 hours. They were not checking in me and after all of this they shift me another hotel that's was 4-5 km more distance. It's very terrible experience. I didn't used make my trip in future
