Great place to stay near the bus stand. The staff are polite. Food is better than the market and the price of food too.

The stay was very short but very pleasant, location is awesome as it is nearby the bus stand and i got a steal deal. The hotel is just beside beas river and you can have great mountain view with the river gushing in the morning. I got upgraded to super deluxe, thanks to mr. Thakur, who's also a great host.

The location of the neelam hotel is great. Just sit near the window and enjoy the beauty of the river and mountains. Food quality and quantity is fine as well as reasonable price. The hotel staff is friendly and always available. And one more thing, the hotel is near to the bus stand from where you can reach through walking.

Very nice. Overall it was a good experience. Behavior of staff was also heart warming. The food arranged by the hotel was also delicious.

Hotel was good neat and clean, staff was so friendly and helpful and welcoming. Food was average and rooms are quite cold but not as bad. Only issue i found was electricity cuts overall was good.

It's just an average hotel, room service was not as expected. Only location is infront of manali private bus parking.

Everything was fine but they should provide heater also as their rooms are very cool. It felt like ac was on but there was no ac still the room was damn cool. It's difficult to survive or enjoy in that coool room. They should provide heeter pr else permit people to bring their room heaters, but they did not allow people to bring their heaters as well. No other extra facility are provided. Only the room was clean and good
