The hotel shown in the pic and when we visited it was different, service was very bad and when we asked for an upgrade they didn't have room either. It was a very terrible experience in kolkata, i never expected this from a fab hotel. I will never book a hotel from the fab hotel

The images differ from the current hotel maintenance. The room was very smelly and the bathroom was not clean. Hygiene was not there. The total time i was there i was just waiting for my check out time since it was prepaid and it was through office. In bathroom the cupboard below sink was broken and the water was getting flown directly on the bathroom floor and the faucet was very dirty. Upon seeing all these when asked for change of rooms they said rooms are not available. Also when you wait outside for taxi there’s pungent smell. The only things i kind of liked is their food and their reception was a bit better but still there was a lot of dust at the reception area, also not sure when those sofas were cleaned. Also don’t consider including breakfast at this stay daily they provide only two options bread omelette or bread jam and nothing else.

Very very bad experience in my hotel stay. Breakfast is very poor, no tea, no butter, aamlet me makhi. Bathroom very durty. No shop no shampoo etc

It is in wrong place, very bad smell coming from. Nearest leather factory. Requested for gst bill, rude behaviour by reception.
