The owner was away, and didn't inform the staff about the booking. Where other hotels upgrade your accommodation, they degrade it. Booked the luxury room for 2 days, they handed over the standard room by saying "this is what you'll get.

Hotel viraj inn room was ok but service was horrible for breakfast they said today cook has not come after some time they got paranthas from outside average stay will not try again in future

(room 101)the time of check in was 12 o'clock, even after that their rooms were not ready, and in the given room neither tv setup was working, nor toiletry, the answer was that the laundry has not yet come, asked many times. After paying, i got toilet at 6 o'clock, and after that there was no blanket in the room, that too had to be asked for 2-3 times, the whole room was dusty, where there was mud, the geysers were also not working. Wasting time, wasting money

The hotel was not clean very well, there are no any towels sliper, soap in bathroom. Bedsheet and blankit are smelly and dirty. Worst experience ever
