"comfy and close to everything can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. The room was comfortable and i'm a big fan of bathroom structures, they are very practical altogether. The breakfast was delicious and, the staff was also kind and helpful with anything.

"friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated. We would definitely stay there again.

"very decent for a short city break. Excellent location, central and well connected with tram/metro. Staff was welcoming, i arrived on a bank holiday and they gave me a leaflet with everything that was open. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Great wifi. Breakfast buffet better than expected. Room basic but clean and comfortable. "

Worst experience, bad smell in the room. No proper hot water. No basic toilet kit tv didnot work no tissue papers never visit again

No basic amenities. No lift, terrible breakfast, bill not provided, washroom towel not provided. I had to use stair upto 4 floor
