Terrible Stay

Checkin was denied by the hotel yesterday, i have still not got any refund. I am waiting for the mm t executive neha to respond which was suppose to happen with in 2-3 hours.

Service is not good. Continue following for tawal and bed sheet but no recieved any response from hotel side. For change. Hotel staff saying not available now

The dilapidated condition of the room was evident as soon as i entered. The floor was broken, posing a tripping hazard, while the overall cleanliness was non-existent. The promised amenities, including a functioning tv, proved to be mere illusions. Requesting water bottles became a tiresome ritual, as the staff required multiple reminders. It was a stay marred by neglect, where basic comforts were sacrificed, leaving me to navigate through a series of disappointments. This hotel experience was a stark reminder of the importance of proper maintenance and attentive service in the hospitality industry.
