Cleqn room but location was not good not suitable for family room is soo small and no nearby restaurant

It was showing like star hotel setup but its location is in a slum area, no parking, staffs come and disturb unnecessarily.

The experience was not so good because of the following reasons,
No restaurant available. They r arranging the food from outside & this was taking too much time.
Also no proper cutlery to serve the food.
Staffs are having No basic etiquette on providing the service.
The build quality of the hotel is also not good. It was built on a temporary structure. Even the roof is of tinshed with interior pvc fittings. While heavy rain overall sound was coming inside.
Pest control is also improper. So many insects found on the floor & also in bed.
Also the room sizes are very small.

The outdoor photo of hotel are bogus. This hotel in basement floor. Just near railway line. Room size is 70 sqft.
